What are WOGZ production times like?
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

How does WOGZ handle refunds and returns?
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, WOGZ offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Returns and exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
